Double Storey Junior School Facility

This project consisted of the design, construction and installation of a double-storey, 10 classroom facility with enclosed built-in verandah and decking. The enclosed verandah featured randomly placed, coloured glass panels with adjustable louvres for both shade and ventilation.

The inclusion of Snowgum privacy screens also provided an important design link to the exterior features of a nearby single-storey primary school building. This building is bright, comfortable and highly functional in its role as a contemporary learning facility.
