Jack Grut Reserve Sporting Pavilion (Stage 2)

This project constitutes Stage 2 of the construction of a new sporting pavilion at Jack Grut Reserve in Mordialloc. KLMSA completed Stage 1 – changerooms and amenities - in 2018, before undertaking demolition of the existing structure and constructing a kitchen & social rooms for Stage 2 in 2019/20.

KLMSA seamlessly integrated both buildings to create one large universal pavilion that provides fantastic viewing over the sporting oval and a warm, inviting new function space for sporting club participants. The building is comprised of changerooms, a commercial kitchen and canteen, social rooms, bathrooms and storerooms for each sporting club that call the Jack Grut Reserve home.
