KLMS has a purpose built production line at Pheasant Creek near Whittlesea, constructed after detailed time and motion studies. Our overall plant and storage area covers more than 5 acres. The production line is fully automated for precise, efficient and speedy manufacture. Should you require storage of your buildings this can be done prior to installation.

The production line is capable of producing large volumes of modules each week, enabling us to deliver on time and avoiding disruption to your project and the day to day running of your organisation.

All products manufactured by KLMS are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of installation. In addition as only top quality products and materials are used in our buildings there are supplier guarantees and warranties applicable.

Modules are built to 100% lock up on our production line before being transported to their location on articulated low loaders; and locked into position on site. Modules are then attached to prepared site services. You will be surprised at the short turn around time from order to handover and you're taking final delivery of your completed building.
