KLMS is registered with the Building Practitioners Board and every building meets Victorian Building Regulations in design and construction.

KLMS modules are designed to our own specifications and are a steel construction with 100% Australian content. Our designs can be modified to meet a client's specific requirements. One of the advantages of KLMS modules is that construction is entirely under cover within our factory eliminating the risk of water damage or delay from inclement weather.

Once foundations are prepared the modules can then be transported to site and are immediately at 100% lockup stage. Thereafter buildings need only to be connected to services. This building system eliminates the necessity of using a concrete slab.

KLMS also constructs brick veneer buildings using this method. Modules under construction can be inspected at the company's production line at Pheasant Creek. Clients are encouraged to view construction of their buildings at all stages to check on the quality of our product and give them an insight into how their fully located building will look on site.
