KLMS guarantees that every building is energy efficient and environmentally friendly. We don’t make compliance with Part J of the Building Code an OPTION, it is a standard on a KLMS modular building. Each building that is designed by KLMS is forwarded to our Energy Auditor who provides a full independent certification. A copy of the certification forms part of your permit application.

Items such as air conditioning, insulation and glazing are only some of the areas we focus on to ensure that our buildings comply with or exceed the minimum energy efficiency requirements as stated in the Building Code of Australia. Encouraging clients to consider things like water tanks and solar power to add on to their buildings are just some of our green options.
