KLMS buildings have added strength and resilience due to structural columns; non-load bearing walls and a steel construction that is built to last. Our buildings can be clad in any material required by the client including steel, timber, brick and synthetic claddings. With the escalating costs of building today, KLMS provides their clients with a cost effective building working within your budget limitations and completed with little disruption on site.

Production Line

KLMS has a purpose built production line at Pheasant Creek, near Whittlesea, which was constructed after detailed time and motion studies. Our overall plant and storage area covers more than 5 acres. The production line is fully automated for precise, efficient and speedy manufacture. Should you require storage of your buildings this can be done prior to installation.

The production line is capable of producing large volumes of modules each week, enabling us to deliver on time and avoiding disruption to your project and the day to day running of your organisation and site.

All products manufactured by KLMS are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of installation. In addition, as only top quality products and materials are used in our buildings, there are supplier guarantees and warranties applicable.

Modules are built to 100% lock up on our production line before being transported to their location on articulated low loaders and locked into position on site. Modules are then attached to prepared site services. You will be surprised at the short turnaround time from order through to handover where you’ll take final delivery of your completed building.

Safety Record

KLMS have an excellent safety record, in all its years of business; no time whatsoever has been lost due to accidents. This is a direct reflection of their Best Management Practices. All equipment is regularly serviced and checked to prevent delay on the production line.

KLMS has a full time Occupational Health and Safety Officer working at its Pheasant Creek factory monitoring good work practices, as well as a number of other senior staff with OHS qualifications.
